At Willard’s Restoration, we honor our legacy by delivering exceptional, community-focused restoration services with honesty and care. As a family-owned business, we are dedicated to making the restoration process smooth and transparent, ensuring peace of mind for every client.
We grew up in the upstate and have deep roots in the community. Cassie’s father started a successful cleaning and restoration business from scratch in 1990, expanding it to serve corporations throughout the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Asheville areas. Despite health issues causing the business to become dormant over the past decade, his legacy remained strong. After his unexpected passing in July 2023, Anthony and Cassie decided to carry on his work and revive the business as the second generation of our family in the industry. It’s been an honor to remember Poppy, as he’s affectionately known, while serving the Upstate through Willard’s Restoration.
Our choice to continue in this industry stems from our desire to help those who haven’t had the best of days. Whether dealing with water damage or mold, we aim to make the restoration process as smooth as possible.
We value honesty and sometimes our inspections reveal no issues at all. We’re also willing to communicate our findings with other companies to ensure the best outcome for our customers. Our passion lies in serving the community and helping people restore their homes and peace of mind.
What sets Willard’s Restoration apart from other businesses is our commitment to exceptional service and community care. As a small, family-owned company, we prioritize honesty, thoroughness, and communication. We make sure our customers are well-informed, even saying, “If I’m telling you too much, just let me know.” This approach ensures our clients can make the best decisions for themselves, knowing they are in good hands with us. Our dedication to serving people well and building trust within our community is at the heart of everything we do.
“Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Willard’s Restoration to help us urgently address flooding in our basement following recent heavy rains. I called numerous companies who either could not come to us for some time or were downright rude when I asked for at least a ballpark estimate for such services. Anthony and Cassie returned my calls promptly and offered to come out quickly. They helped me manage the situation with their own services and referrals. They were quite knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and reliable. I have not needed this type of services before, but will not hesitate to call on them again and/or refer others to them who might need similar help. Thank you!!”
“We have used Willard’s Restoration three times now – twice to test for moisture levels/make sure there was no growth in a couple places and once for water restoration following a major kitchen leak. Anthony did excellent work and helped us navigate the insurance claim following the leak so we had much less stress and worry. He diligently worked in our home until the moisture levels were back to normal which gave us such peace of mind. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the work, the value, and the confidence in knowing our home has been well taken care of. We’ve given his business card to several friends and will continue to recommend Willard’s to anyone!”
“I cannot recommend this business enough. Being locally and family owned, the difference between Willard’s and the bigger companies out there is NIGHT AND DAY. You will not find better people to do business with. I recommend them to all of our customers whenever a restoration or cleaning need comes up because I know they will provide a 5 star experience, every time. Hire them, you will not regret it!”
“Honest and knowledgeable. Anthony goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and takes the time to explain everything to your understanding. Thank you Anthony!”
“I was so impressed with the responsiveness of Willard’s Restoration. Anthony’s thorough investigation of some water intrusion issues, his suggestions, and reassurance that we did not have a mold issue. Will definitely use in the future and recommend!”

Absolutely. We work directly with most major insurance providers to streamline the claims process and help reduce stress for homeowners and business owners.

The timeline varies depending on the extent of the damage. Water damage cleanup may take a few days, while larger projects like fire damage restoration or reconstruction can take several weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline after our inspection.
