Pipes can burst due to freezing temperatures or wear and tear, leading to significant water leaks and damage throughout the home.
Roof leaks, often caused by damaged shingles or flashing, allow water to seep into the home, damaging ceilings, walls, and insulation.
Malfunctioning appliances like washing machines or dishwashers can leak or overflow, causing water to spread across floors and into nearby areas.
At Willard's Restoration, our water removal and extraction services are crafted to respond swiftly and efficiently to emergencies. We follow a streamlined process that includes thorough assessment, rapid water extraction, comprehensive drying, and cleaning to restore your property. Our expert team handles each step with precision, reducing the risk of further damage and ensuring a fast recovery for your home or business.
We start with a detailed assessment of the affected areas to evaluate the extent of the water damage, identify the water source, and address any safety concerns. From there, our team creates a customized restoration plan specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of your property.
We use powerful pumps and vacuums to quickly and efficiently remove standing water, a critical step in preventing further damage and reducing mold growth risks. Our advanced equipment also targets hidden water pockets, helping to minimize long-term damage to your property.
After removing the water, we prioritize drying and dehumidifying the impacted areas. Using industrial-strength fans and dehumidifiers, we efficiently remove moisture from walls, floors, and furnishings. This crucial step prevents mold growth and safeguards the structural integrity of your home or business.
The final step is to repair and restore your property to its original condition. This may involve replacing damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, or addressing structural repairs. Our experienced team ensures your property is completely restored, leaving no signs of water damage behind.
During the restoration process, we carefully document every step, including before-and-after photos, detailed reports, and itemized lists of damages and repairs. This thorough documentation is vital for insurance claims and ensures you have a complete record of the work performed. We also provide ongoing support, addressing any questions or additional needs that may arise after restoration is finished.

When experiencing water damage and countless people at our home saying yes you have a problem and no we can't help. I was discouraged, and frustrated. Until Willard's arrived and took the time to look into the issues and identify teams that could help and how they could help. They have been there through the whole process. Anthony and Cassie are a great team and knowledgeable on what to expect regarding the process and insurance companies lingo. They have restored our home for sure! I highly recommend them for your needs. You are in good hands here and your home will thank you. Sincerely grateful.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Willard's Restoration to help us urgently address flooding in our basement following recent heavy rains. I called numerous companies who either could not come to us for some time or were downright rude when I asked for at least a ballpark estimate for such services. Anthony and Cassie returned my calls promptly and offered to come out quickly. They helped me manage the situation with their own services and referrals. They were quite knowledgeable, professional, courteous, reliable. I have not needed this type of service before, but will not hesitate to call on them again and/or refer others to them who might need similar help. Thank you!!

We have used Willard's Restoration & Cleaning three times now, twice to test for moisture levels/make sure there was no growth in a couple places and once for water restoration following a major kitchen leak. Anthony did excellent work and helped us navigate the insurance claim following the leak so we had much less stress and worry. He diligently worked in our home until the moisture levels were back to normal which gave us such peace of mind. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work, the value, and the confidence in knowing our home has been well taken care of. We've given his business card to several friends and will continue to recommend Willard's to anyone!

As an insurance agent, I understand the importance of prompt and thorough water remediation. When I had a water loss at my home, I was quick to call Anthony because I trusted him fully to do a great job with my water leak. Anthony was on site quickly and went to work to help get our home back to normal as quickly as possible. Anthony worked directly with my insurance company so that I didn't have to spend my time on that side of things, even though I am the agent. He also worked with my contractor to coordinate the different pieces of the puzzle to get my home put back together as soon as possible. During the process, I became pretty sick and had to spend several days in bed. During that time, it was extremely reassuring to me to know that Anthony could come in and check things without me having to be up and present in the process. I also have a very curious and nosy cat and Anthony was careful to not let him out as he came in and out of my home and to make sure the area was sealed off well so that my cat could not get into the area where the drying fans were running. As an insurance agent, Anthony is who I recommend to my clients, even prior to using him myself, but having my own water loss solidified my decision that they are the only remediation company that I will recommend after having personally dealt with 2 other companies in my home who did not do the quality job that Anthony did for us. Thank you for helping make a bad situation as convenient and painless as possible!

If you can safely access it, turn off the main water supply to stop the flow of water into your home. This is crucial in preventing further flooding and additional damage to your property. The main shut-off valve is usually located in the basement, crawl space, or near the water meter.
Water and electricity are a dangerous combination. If water has reached electrical outlets, appliances, or wiring, it's important to turn off the power to the affected areas. Locate your circuit breaker and switch off the power to prevent electrical shocks, fires, or further hazards.
If it’s safe to do so, move important items such as personal documents, electronics, artwork, and valuable furniture to a dry, elevated area. This helps minimize potential damage and makes it easier to focus on the restoration process when help arrives. Be careful when lifting heavy objects, and prioritize items that are most valuable or irreplaceable.
Refrain from walking through standing water, especially if it’s in contact with electrical outlets or appliances. Standing water may be contaminated with sewage or chemicals, posing health risks, and it may also hide hazards like sharp objects or unstable flooring. If you must enter, wear protective gear such as rubber boots and gloves.
Open windows and doors to allow fresh air to circulate, which helps reduce humidity and slow down the growth of mold and mildew. If you have fans, you can use them to increase airflow, but avoid using any electrical appliances if the area is still wet. Good ventilation can also help dissipate any unpleasant odors.
Before any cleanup begins, take photos and detailed notes of the damage. Documenting the extent of the water damage, including affected areas and damaged items, is crucial for insurance claims. Capture images of walls, floors, ceilings, and personal belongings, as well as any structural damage. Keep a record of the date and time of the damage and any actions you’ve taken. This information will be valuable when filing a claim with your insurance company and can help expedite the restoration process.
