Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Willard's Restoration to help us urgently address flooding in our basement following recent heavy rains. I called numerous companies who either could not come to us for some time or were downright rude when I asked for at least a ballpark estimate for such services. Anthony and Cassie returned my calls promptly and offered to come out quickly. They helped me manage the situation with their own services and referrals. They were quite knowledgeable, professional, courteous, reliable. We have used Willard's Restoration & Cleaning three times now, twice to test for moisture levels/make sure there was no growth in a couple places and once for water restoration following a major kitchen leak. Anthony did excellent work and helped us navigate the insurance claim following the leak so we had much less stress and worry. He diligently worked in our home until the moisture levels were back to normal which gave us such peace of mind. We couldn't be more satisfied with the work, the value, and the confidence in knowing our home has been well taken care of. We've given his business card to several friends and will continue to recommend Willard's to anyone!

We cannot recommend this company highly enough. Anthony and his team were there for us from the moment we called with our problem to the moment the contractors left us after repairs had been made. He patiently answered our questions (as dumb as they might be); responded promptly to calls and text messages, paid close attention to detail and provided invaluable advice as we navigated the insurance process. It's as though he has the ability to bring "big name" resources to address your remediation needs with the service and familiarity of a local business. Dealing with a damaged home is stressful enough, dealing with insurance can make it worse... Willard Restoration made it all so much better.
